New Directions in My Practice and Services:
My writing, coaching, and consultation offers unique insights into the role of possibilities, creativity, and self- expression in mental health and well- being. I strive to champion the role of science and humanities narrative in coaching and consultation.
My newly found profound appreciation for discovery of inspiration and resiliency guides me in exploration of new directions in mental health, wellness, and health often through the lens of creative solutions, divergent thinking, and authenticity. I advocate collaborative style in mental health between institutions, advocates, consultants, clients, and clinicians.
My involvement in the arts and creative strivings chaperons my exploration of mental health and well -being through the view of creative expression and exploring possibilities as a method of finding authentic self and intuitive solutions to every- day problems.
My current work bridges the gap between research, writing, and on-the-ground psychopharmacology training. I have been practicing at the intersections of medical psychology, neuropsychology, the psychology of creativity and giftedness, and disability studies, balancing roles as both a writer, consultant, and psychopharmacology intern.
